Cinema Express Awards is the ONE AND ONLY popular award presented in South India. The choice of winners are chosen by adopting voting mechanism using print media and road shows. Hence the privilege of  winning Cinema Express Awards is much more higher than other film awards. The 23rd Cinema Express Awards will stage grand road shows - covering around 7500 kilometers in four southern states, voting through communication media covering a data base of more than 10000 persons, voting through internet in addition to voting forms through Cinema Express, The New Indian Express and other means.  
Road Show: An exclusive van to tour around 7500 kilometers covering all major cities in Tamilnadu, Kerala, Karnataka & Andra. The van will display an  exhibition of photos published in the Cinema Express magazine during the past 25 years. Also, there will be a photo display of award winners in the past 22 award nights. 

A small screen will run the capsules of nominations and award winning films of the past. Adequate mileage will be extended to the sponsors also. This would be the first ever road show on a film festival. 

.Communication Partner: 

 A mobile service provider will be partnered to receive voting through SMS. A special award 'FACE OF THE SENCEX" will also be presented for winners through SMS VOTING. This would get in many young people to be involved in the Cinema Express voting.

Few SMS participants can be gifted with free tickets for the award nights and a couple of participants can even be considered to be invited for the post award party. This would increase the popularity of the Cinema Express Awards among the younger generation of film lovers.
